What Is Growth Track?

Four steps. One clear path.

Growth Track runs every month over four consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. Steps are designed to be taken in order — each one builds on the last, guiding you from membership all the way to serving on the Dream Team.

Start with Step 1 and work your way through at your own pace. Registration is required for each step.

Step 1

Become a Member

Explore the ministry of Impact Church and discover how to connect. Learn our mission, vision, and values — and what it means to officially call Impact your church home.

1st Sunday of every month

Also every Sunday @ 12 PM

Step 2

Discover Your Design

Dive into the details of your personality, uncover your spiritual gifts, and see how God uniquely wired you — and what that means for your place in ministry.

2nd Sunday of every month

Step 3

Develop Your Leadership

Find out what it means to be a leader at Impact. Strengthen your character and gifting, and connect to the opportunities available so you can live out your purpose.

3rd Sunday of every month

Step 4

First Serve Orientation

This is where it all comes together. Connect with a Dream Team and take your first official step toward serving in your church, your community, and the world.

4th Sunday · First Serve Orientation @ 9:30 AM

This step only happens after you attend Step 3 and select your desired team.

Attending Online?

Steps 1–3 are available live online at 10 AM and 1:30 PM each Sunday. Before attending, please register below and print your curriculum booklet — the sessions are interactive and you'll want it handy.

Can't make it every Sunday? Fast Track lets you complete Steps 1, 2, and 3 in a single Saturday — from 9:30 AM to 2 PM in the Growth Track Room.
